The assessment begins with a series of ten straightforward questions regarding personal experiences and sensitivities. This information helps to establish a personalized Degree of Sensitivity. Following this, users employ the advanced video camera technology available in certain iPhone and iPad Pro models to quantitatively measure pupil response times to light exposure, providing an objective analysis of sensitivity responses.

Participants can view their results immediately after completing the test on their device. Importantly, hypersensitivity should not be stigmatized; it reflects a heightened awareness of changes within both internal and external environments.
